About

HTML Logger is a mIRC script that logs all of your mIRC events into a HTML file.
This also allows you to fully change all the colors in the logs
This works great if you are wanting to host the logs on a HTTP Server such as Apache.
Later updates will include being able to see what users are in each channel, and if they are @ or +.
More information on further updates coming soon.

How to Install

This a step by step procedure on how to get this script working correctly :).

  • Open the .zip and extract it to where you desire

  • Now go into your directory you extracted the script too and copy the 'index.html' and 'main.html', and paste it into your new Logs directory. This directory could be located on a webserver such as Apache.

  • Once you have moved those 2 files.. Either go into your remotes and goto File>Load and load up the livelogs.mrc, or type /load -rs path/to/livelogs.mrc

  • Once its loaded up it will ask you to specify where you want your logs to go. This is where you put the 2 files.(index.html and main.html)

  • Ok, now that you have told the script where to save your logs, you can either use the colors that are loaded with the script, or you can change them by using the menu. Right click in a channel and goto HTML Logger>Change Colors.. and choose the colors you want to change. If you need help with the HEX codes. Just use the HEX converter, by going to the HTML Logger menu.

  • Alright, now that you have your script loaded and all your colors set, go to the Logs directory and open up the index.html. There you go all your logs are there and ready. The logs will only by written by the triggers below.. (list below.)
  • on text (another user says something)
on join (another user joins a channel)
on part (another user leaves a channel)
on input (when you say something)
on mode (when a mode is changed in a channel)
on nick (when a user changes his/her nick)
on op (when a user gets oped)
on deop (when a user gets deoped)
on voice (when a user gets voiced)
on devoice (when a user gets devoiced)
on ban (when a user gets banned from a channel)
on unban (when a user gets unbanned from a channel)
on kick (when a user gets kicked from a channel)
on action (when a user uses a command such as /me and /describe)
on topic (when a user changes the topic)
